What components do industrial dual fuel burners require maintenance?
Industrial dual fuel burners can use light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, and biogas as fuels, and meet the construction needs of highways, leveled roads, municipal roads, airports, and other areas. So what components do industrial dual fuel burners need to be maintained in daily use? Next, let the editor of the European Security Council take you to a specific understanding:
(1) Pressure regulating valve
Regularly inspect the fuel pressure regulating valve or pressure reducing valve to determine if the locking nut surface on the adjustable bolt is clean and removable. If the surface of the screw or nut is dirty or rusty, it is necessary to repair or replace the regulating valve.
(2) Oil pump
Regularly inspect the oil pump to determine if the sealing device is intact and if the internal pressure is stable, and replace damaged or leaking sealing devices. When using hot oil, please check if all oil pipes have good insulation.
(3) The filter installed between the fuel tank and the oil pump must be cleaned regularly to check for excessive wear, which can ensure that fuel flows smoothly from the tank to the oil pump and reduce the possibility of potential component failures. The "Y" type filter on the burner should be cleaned frequently, especially when using heavy or residual oil, to prevent clogging of the fuel injector and valve. During operation, check the pressure gauge on the burner to see if it is within the normal range.
(4) For combustion chambers that require compressed air, check the pressure device to see if the required pressure is generated in the combustion chamber, clean all filters on the supply pipeline, and check for leaks in the pipeline.
(5) Check if the intake protection device on the combustion atomization fan is installed correctly and if the blower casing is damaged or leaking. Observe the operation of the blade server. When there is too much noise or vibration, the blades can be adjusted to eliminate them. For a blower driven by a pulley, the bearings should be lubricated regularly and the belt tightened to ensure that the blower can produce rated pressure. Clean and lubricate the air valve connections to ensure smooth operation, and replace accessories when encountering obstacles during operation. Determine if the wind pressure meets the working requirements. If the air pressure is too low, it can cause a backfire, causing the guide plate in the front of the drum and the material plate in the combustion zone to overheat. If the wind pressure is too high, the current will be too high, and the bag temperature will be too high or even burned out.
(6) The fuel injector should be cleaned regularly and the spark gap of the ignition electrode should be checked (approximately 3mm).
(7) Always clean the flame detector (electric eye) to determine if the position is installed correctly, if the temperature is appropriate, if the position is incorrect and the temperature is too high, this can cause unstable photoelectric signals or even cut off fires.
