The split burner is designed for natural gas and gas fuels with a calorific value exceeding 5000Kcal/Nm3. The gas nozzle is a multi-point and multi-angle dispersed injection channel. Combined with a rotating air injection channel, it enhances the mixing of gas and combustion air, ensuring stable and sufficient combustion.
The burner is designed with a stabilizing device in the central area to provide a stable combustion ignition temperature for the fuel entering the area, ensuring stable combustion of the fuel.
The burner also has the following performance characteristics:
1. The split burner ensures that the flame does not deflect under operating conditions, ensuring that the flame does not directly enter the furnace wall, and that the flame size matches the structure of the boiler furnace;
The structure of the split burner is specially designed, with high intensity axial flow, medium intensity swirling air, and low intensity center low-speed air entering the furnace. Its fuel allocation is an adjustable fuel transfer fraction to control the generation of NOx and other pollutants; This series of internal combustion engines adopts airflow classification and super mixing technology, making combustion more stable and reliable, temperature field more uniform, and achieving ultra-low NOx emissions of 20mg/Nm3.
